Loden Realty achieved significant success in promoting Welmanville Binan Subdivision, a townhouse project developed by Welmanville Development Corporation. Through weekly product knowledge seminars, the company successfully accredited over a hundred brokers. The sales efforts resulted in the sale of 328 townhouse units, generating a remarkable revenue of over 500 million pesos.

Founders

Dennis Leveriza Jr.

A highly accomplished professional, Dennis Leveriza Jr. is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, where he earned a B.S. in Commerce with a major in Business Administration. Additionally, he holds a B.S. in Commerce with a major in Accountancy from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. Further enhancing his qualifications, he completed his Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree at the prestigious Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

Dennis is a distinguished Licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Public Accountant. He has a rich history with Welmanville Development Corporation, serving as Executive Vice President from 2010 to 2017 and currently holding the position of President. In 2020, he co-founded FAST Solutions and Technology Inc.

With his extensive education, professional accreditations, and leadership roles, Dennis demonstrates a solid foundation in both real estate and business, positioning him as a key figure in the industry.

Anna Lorraine Leveriza

Anna Lorraine Leveriza is a highly accomplished professional with a strong academic background in economics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in economics, as well as a Master of Arts in Economics, both from the prestigious University of Santo Tomas. With her licensure as a Real Estate Broker and certification as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Lorraine brings a unique blend of expertise in the real estate industry and process improvement methodologies.

Her notable experience as the Marketing Head of Tagaytay Hampton Villas from March 2010 to March 2012, and later as the Marketing Head of Welmanville Binan Subdivision from December 2016 to July 2019, demonstrates her exceptional skills in leading successful marketing campaigns and achieving sales objectives.
